Professional Value Enhancement Program

 PVEP (Professional Value Enhancement Program) assesses employee value addition by understanding individuals' competencies, interests, attitude and aspirations vis-à-vis the requirement of their current roles. It then brings the two together to create an actionable PVEP Plan that benefits the individual and their organization. The program includes a series of tests, discussions and developmental feedback sessions. The PVEP is a continuous journey - reviewed periodically for its impact and effectiveness. Annual measurement is a major milestone. The PVEP can bring in:
