Learning the Human Psychology and implementing it for a result driven organization is seen lacking in HR professionals nowadays. Just recruiting people is not the job done it's just the beginning for the creation of an organization. An HR shall consider all the employees as his responsibility and should act as a bridge between the company's policies, Mission, Vision and Values. If both of the topics can be studied lots of interlinked challenges can be met including attrition, employee dissatisfaction, productivity issues etc.
